At Hoya Filters, we stand by the precision and quality of our optical glass. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the filter you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the filter in its original protective plastic case and outer packaging to ensure the optical glass is shielded from scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the filter's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
